Scotch adds a beautiful smokiness to this lovely twist on a traditional whiskey sour.
- Cocktail Shaker
- Cocktail Strainer
- Fine Mesh Strainer
- Coupe Glass
- 1½ oz Scotch
- 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz Cherry Heering
- ¼ oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- 1 Garnish: Cherry
- Dry shake all ingredients, the shake again with ice.
- Double strain into chilled Coupe Glass.
- Garnish with Cherry.
