Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Cocktail Strainer
  • Fine Mesh Strainer
  • Coupe Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1½ oz Scotch
  • 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz Cherry Heering
  • ¼ oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 Garnish: Cherry

Instructions
 

  • Dry shake all ingredients, the shake again with ice.
  • Double strain into chilled Coupe Glass.
  • Garnish with Cherry.
