Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Dry Gin
  • 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup
  • 5 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • oz Club Soda
  • Garnish: Lime Wedge and Mint Sprigs

Instructions
 

  • Add first 4 ingredients to a shaker and shake.
  • Double strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice.
  • Top with club soda.
  • Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprigs.

A wonderful all natural alternative to Rose's Sweetened Lime Juice.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Limes Limes vary greatly in size. You are looking for a minimum of 4 oz of lime juice for a small batch of lime cordial. Double if you would like to make a bigger batch.
  • 4 oz Sugar You need equal parts of sugar to lime juice.

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry limes.
  • Peel with a citrus or vegetable peeler, removing as little of the pith as possible.
  • Cut limes in half and juice.
  • Measure equal parts of sugar to juice.
  • Add juice and sugar to mason jar and stir until sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Crush peels up in your hand to release the oils and add them to the juice mix.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
  • Strain the cordial to remove the lime peels. Place in a covered glass container and return to refrigerator. Cur for another day before using. Cordial will keep for up to one year.

Ingredients
  

  • oz Vanilla Vodka You may flavor vodka with seeds from a vanilla pod steep for a 3 to 4 days or add a small amount of vanilla bean paste during shake.
  • ½ oz Licor 43 Original Liqueur
  • ½ oz Dutch White Crème de Cacao
  • ½ oz Advocaat Liqueur
  • ½ oz Half and Half
  • 1 Square Garnish: Dark Chocolate
  • ½ Cadbury Crème Egg Refrigerated

Instructions
 

  • Place chocolate on a plate and place in the microwave for 30 seconds or until melted. Coat rim of glass with chocolate.
  • Cut cold Cadbury Crème Egg in half. Spear the egg with a metal cocktail stick that has been heated under hot water.
  • Add liquors to a shaker and shake.
  • Double strain into chilled chocolate rimmed coupe glass.
  • Garnish with Cadbury Egg and grated chocolate.
