Ingredients
  

  • oz Plymouth Gin
  • ½ oz Falernum
  • ¼ oz Raw Lime Cordial or Rose's Sweetened Lime Juice or ½ oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice and ½ oz Simple Syrup Recipe Below
  • 1 dash Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 Garnish: Lime Wheel

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake.
  • Double strain into a chilled Coupe glass.
  • Garnish with lime wheel.

  • 1 oz Mezcal
  • ¾ oz Aperol Aperitivo
  • ½ oz Luxardo Maraschino Cherry Liqueur
  • ¾ oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1 Grapefruit Swathe

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled.
  • Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  • Garnish with a Grapefruit Swathe.

  • oz Ketel One Vodka
  • oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 5 ml Rich Simple Syrup 2 to 1 sugar to water ratio
  • 2 dash Orange Bitters
  • ½ oz Galliano L'Autentico
  • 1 Orange Wheel

Instructions
 

  • Fill glass to the top with ice.
  • Pour in first FOUR ingredients and stir.
    1½ oz Ketel One Vodka, 5 ml Rich Simple Syrup, 2 dash Orange Bitters, 2¼ oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
  • Float Galliano on top.
    ½ oz Galliano L'Autentico
  • Garnish with a Orange Wheel.
    1 Orange Wheel

  • Fill coupe glass with ice and water to chill.
  • Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker.
  • Add ice and shake until the outside of the shaker is frosty, about 20 seconds
  • Double strain into coupe glass
  • Garnish with Lemon Peel
