
Neptune’s Wrath
Flaming Chartreuse garnish makes gives this egg white sour a unique brulee finish.
Equipment
- Cocktail Shaker
- Cocktail Strainer
- Fine Mesh Strainer
- Coupe Glass
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Dry Gin
- ¼ oz Absinthe
- ¾ oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- ¼ oz Green Chartreuse Liqueur
Instructions
- Wet shake Gin, Absinthe, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Egg White.
- Strain back into shaker to remove ice.
- Dry shake and fine strain into chilled Coupe Glass.
- Pour Chartreuse into a long-handled metal measuring cup, ignite and then carefully pour flaming Chartreuse into drink.
