  • Stainless Sauce Pan


  • 200 g Toasted Almond Milk See below for link to recipe
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 3/4 t Cognac
  • 2 t Amaretto
  • 1/8 t Rose Water


  • Add almond milk and sugar to a sauce pan.
  • Heat on medium high heat, stirring constantly until sugar is melted.
  • Remove from heat and add cognac, amaretto and rose water.
  • Cool and place in a glass bottle or container.
  • Store in refridgerator for up to two weeks.
