Irish Negroni

Replace gin with Irish whiskey for a St. Patrick's Day twist on the classic Negroni.

Equipment

  • Mixing Glass
  • Mixing Spoon
  • Cocktail Strainer
  • Coupe or Rocks Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Irish Whiskey
  • Orange Peel

Instructions
 

  • Add ice and water to chill glass
  • Pour Irish Whiskey, sweet vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled.
  • Strain into the chilled coupe or rocks glass.
  • Garnish with an orange peel.
