Equipment

  • Mixing Glass
  • Mixing Spoon
  • Cocktail Strainer
  • Old Fashioned Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Scotch
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz Cynar
  • 1 Orange Twist

Instructions
 

  • Stir liquors over ice, then strain into glass.
  • Place a single large cube or rocks into glass.
  • Garnish with orange zest.
