  • Small Sauce Pan


  • ½ Cup Water
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary Leaves


  • Add all ingredients into a small sauce pan.
  • Heat on a low heat until sugar is dissolved.
  • Simmer for 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes.
  • Strain to remove rosemary leaves.
  • Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
