Dry Gin

Absinthe

oz
Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

Simple Syrup

Egg White
¼
oz
Green Chartreuse Liqueur
Instructions
Wet shake Gin, Absinthe, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Egg White.
Strain back into shaker to remove ice.
Dry shake and fine strain into chilled Coupe Glass.
Pour Chartreuse into a long-handled metal measuring cup, ignite and then carefully pour flaming Chartreuse into drink.
