Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Fine Mesh Strainer
  • Straw
  • Highball Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 4 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 oz Grenadine Syrup Recipe Below
  • 1 Grapefruit Wedge

Instructions
 

  • Fill glass to the top with ice.
  • Add vodka and grapefruit juice to shaker and shake and double strain over ice.
  • Slowly pour the grenadine into the glass over the back of a spoon or by drizzling it down the side of the glass, allowing it to settle at the bottom.
  • Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and add a straw.

  • Old Fashioned Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz Frozen Lime Concentrate
  • 6 oz Vodka
  • 3 cups Ice
  • 12 oz Pale Lager Beer
  • 1 Garnish: Lime Wedge

Instructions
 

  • Add lime concentrate, vodka and and ice into a blender. Blend until ice is fully blended.
  • Remove top from blender lid and turn blender to low. Slowly pour in beer and blend.
  • Pour in an Old Fashioned Glass.
  • Garnish with Lime Wedge.

  • Rim of glass with chocolate powder.
  • Add liquors to a shaker and shake.
  • Double strain into chilled rimmed coupe glass.
