Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Cocktail Strainer
  • Fine Mesh Strainer
  • Double Rocks Glass

Ingredients
  

  • Kosher Salt
  • 2 oz Blanco Tequila
  • ¾ oz Orange Flavored Liquor
  • ¼ oz Agave Nectar Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1 Lime Wedge

Instructions
 

  • Rim double rocks glass with salt.
  • Add orange liquor, tequila, agave simple syrup and lime juice in the shaker and shake with ice.
  • Double strain into the double rocks glass.
  • Fill the glass with ice.
  • Garnish with the lime wedge.

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Cocktail Strainer
  • Fine Mesh Strainer
  • Double Rocks Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1½ oz Mezcal
  • ¾ oz Clement Creole Shrubb Orange Liqueur
  • ½ oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • ¾ oz Honey Syrup 3 part honey 1 part water
  • ½ Orange Wheel
  • Tajin Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Sprinkled Tajin Seasoning on top of orange wheel.
  • Add mezcal, orange liquor, honey syrup and lime juice in the shaker and shake with ice.
  • Double strain into the double rocks glass.
  • Add one large rock cube or sphere or fill the glass with ice.
  • Place orange wheel in the glass.

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Cocktail Strainer
  • Fine Mesh Strainer
  • Muddler
  • Double Rocks Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Extra Fine Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder
  • 4 or 5 cubes Fresh Watermelon cut into 1' cubes
  • 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz Orange Flavored Liquor
  • 2 oz Blanco Tequila
  • 1 Watermelon wedge
  • 1 Lime Wedge
  • 1 Bouquet of Mint

Instructions
 

  • Mix sea salt and chili powder and rim a double rocks glass.
  • Muddle watermelon cubes in shaker.
  • Add orange liquor, tequila and lime juice to shaker.
  • Double strain into the rimmed double rocks glass.
  • Fill the glass with ice.
  • Garnish with the watermelon wedge, lime wedge and mint.
