Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Cocktail Strainer
  • Fine Mesh Strainer
  • Coupe Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1½ oz Dry Gin
  • ¾ oz Fresh Squeezed Pink Grapefruit Juice Florida Grapefruit is the best
  • ½ oz Campari
  • ½ oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup equal parts of cane sugar and water
  • 1 Grapefruit Swathe

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled.
  • Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  • Garnish with a Grapefruit Swathe.

  • Mixing Glass
  • Mixing Spoon
  • Cocktail Strainer
  • Coupe or Rocks Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • Orange Peel

Instructions
 

  • Add ice and water to chill glass
  • Pour gin, sweet vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled.
  • Strain into the chilled coupe or rocks glass.
  • Garnish with an orange peel.
