This iconic cognac cocktail is a classic sour cocktail made with cognac, orange liqueur and lemon juice.
Equipment
- Cocktail Shaker
- Cocktail Strainer
- Fine Mesh Strainer
- Coupe Glass
Ingredients
- 2 oz Cognac
- 1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Orange Twist
Instructions
- Combine Cognac, Orange Liqueur, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup in cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist
