A mezcal inspired version of the Last Word.

- Cocktail Shaker
- Cocktail Strainer
- Fine Mesh Strainer
- Coupe Glass
Ingredients
- 1 oz Mezcal
- ¾ oz Aperol Aperitivo
- ½ oz Luxardo Maraschino Cherry Liqueur
- ¾ oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 1 Grapefruit Swathe
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a Grapefruit Swathe.
