The Hanky Panky is a sweet Martini with bitter undertones. The cocktail was created by Savoy bartending legend Ada ‘Coley’ Coleman.

Ingredients
- 1½ oz Dry Gin
- 1½ oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 Bar Spoon Fernet Branca
- 1 Orange Twist
Instructions
- Stir liquor over ice, then strain into glass.
- Garnish with orange twist.
