- Highball Glass
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Goslings Black Rum
- 2½ oz Ginger Beer Fever-Tree Premium or Refreshingly Light are both good lower sugar options
- 1 Lime Wedge
Instructions
- Fill glass to the top with ice. Pour in ginger beer and then float rum on top.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
