Equipment

  • Mixing Glass
  • Mixing Spoon
  • Cocktail Strainer
  • Coupe Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Laird's Applejack
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 6 dashes Bitters
  • Garnish Lemon Peel

Instructions
 

  • Fill Coupe Glass with ice and water to chill.
  • Combine liquors in the mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until properly diluted and chilled.
  • Strain into a chilled Coupe Glass.
  • Garnish with Lemon Peel
