Hemingway Daiquiri

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Cocktail Strainer
  • Fine Mesh Strainer
  • Coupe Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino Cherry Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
  • 3/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 2 oz White Rum

Instructions
 

  • Add simple syrup, cherry liquor, grapefruit juice, lime juice and white rum to shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled.
  • Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  • Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
